We are a small and growing online gift store based in Bolton that specialises in selling those small gifts for the home that will make your friends and family smile. We focus on five specific ranges of product so should have a product no matter the occasion or whether you want to treat yourself or a friend.

Our home decor range has an array of items that add personality and ambience to your home through classy and high quality products that have been specially sourced. Whether you're looking for a beautiful ornament or wanting to enhance your space through a beautiful indoor plant pot

Our Home Fragrance Range provides items that are decorative but that really enhance your home through a variety of fragrances. Combine incense and oil burners with home scents or add a candle to give your home that homely feel or if you're looking for that perfect gift for a loved one then this is the place to come.

Our Kitchen Range has a variety of kitchen items that can be purchased from a selection of cups and mugs, tableware, coaster sets, clocks or drinkware.

Our Accessories range includes a selection of jewellery, keyrings and beauty accessories for those perfect little gifts.

Finally our outdoor range consists of outdoor plant pots, ornaments, windchimes, suncatchers, doormats and hanging signs.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What You Need to Know

Shipping costs are a standard £3.99 regardless of order size.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours.

Deliveries should be with you between 2-5 days after placing your order.

Deliveries are based on the information provided by the customer. We will not be held responsible if the delivery details are incorrect.

Returns Policy
An item(s) has arrived damaged
In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged, you must contact us within two weeks from the delivered date via our email: danny@albion-gifts.co.uk.

Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference which includes the label and packaging. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund.
An incorrect item has been received
In the unfortunate event that an incorrect item has been received, you must contact us within two weeks from the delivered date via our email: danny@albion-gifts.co.uk
Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference. Once your request has been logged we will contact you to let you know the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with instructions.

The order hasn't been received within 14 days of the order
If you have not received their order please contact our Customer Care Department via our email danny@albion-gifts.co.uk or click on the contact us button at the bottom of this page. We will only process after 14 days in the event of a courier issue.

You do not need to place another order. Once your claim has been confirmed a replacement order will be sent within 3 working days. We will cover the delivery cost. Delivery of the replacement order will depend on location and will follow our standard delivery times.

You have placed an order but changed your mind once it has arrived

If you have placed an order and changed your mind then please contact us at danny@albion-gifts.co.uk within two weeks of the delivered date The item(s) will need to be returned to us in their original condition, with the order number and your name clearly marked on the outer packaging. Once we have received the returned item(s), the value of the item(s) will be credited to you. Please note that the cost of carriage to return the item will not be refunded in this case.
